Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to turn software into intuitive, user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for the complete design lifecycle, from conducting user research and creating personas to developing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI designs. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, collaborates well with developers, and ensures high-quality, engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights.
Develop user personas, customer journey maps, sitemaps, and wireframes.
Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interface elements (menus, tabs, widgets) using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Ensure consistency in visual design, typography, and branding across all digital assets.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs.
Optimize existing user journeys based on feedback and analytics.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
Excellent communication skills to present design rationales.
Ability to solve complex interaction problems.
