Job Summary
- Pitch financing solutions to individual customers and businesses interested in purchasing solar products.
- Collaborate with solar product companies and dealers to generate leads and build strong business relationships.
- Achieve monthly business targets and maximize incentive opportunities through high-quality conversions.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring smooth documentation and compliance.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to drive closures and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities, business generated, and pipeline updates to management.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Male candidates preferred (due to field mobility requirements).
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.
- CIBIL score: -1 or 700+ is mandatory.
- Strong Regional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Prior sales/finance experience will be an added advantage.
