  • Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Platform readiness and content publishing
    ● Take Graphy training and upload/maintain courses, pricing, bundles, coupons.
    Course launch management
    ● Plan and execute new course launches with coordinators (content, landing pages, FAQs,
    pricing).
    Pre‐recorded course coordination
    ● Gather recordings, ensure editing, thumbnails, transcripts, and QA before publish.
    Digital marketing and lead generation
    ● Run/coordinate performance marketing, SEO, email, affiliates, and social promotions.
    Partnerships (EdTech and institutions)
    ● Identify, pitch, and onboard partner companies/universities; finalize terms and integrations.
    Instructor acquisition and management
    ● Source instructors, negotiate revenue share, manage contracts and content timelines.
    Sales growth and revenue ownership
    ● Build monthly/quarterly growth plans, pricing, upsell/cross-sell
    Stakeholder and operations coordination
    ● Align with content, marketing, tech, support, and finance; maintain SOPs and dashboards.

    Team building, training, and performance
    ● Hire, onboard, and coach sales and ops teams; run weekly reviews and playbooks.
    Customer experience and daily operations
    ● Oversee support, FAQs, refund/issue resolution, LMS access, and compliance.
