Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing courteous and efficient support from start to finish.
• Understand the purpose of each call and route it promptly to the appropriate team member for quick resolution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports on call activities, outcomes, and metrics to aid operational insights.
• Cross-check all inquiries in the CRM system and ensure 100% of calls are successfully connected to the right clients.
• Follow up on callback requests within specified timelines, keeping clients informed and satisfied.
• Uphold high decorum, organization, and efficiency standards in the telephone department to foster a professional environment.

Required Skills
