Job Overview

Core Purpose: Provide high-quality visa consulting and manage end-to-end applications using AI for 100% accuracy. We need a flexible, proactive candidate ready to embrace the latest AI technologies into the day to day work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Visa Operations & Strategy

• Analyze client profiles and recommend optimal visa categories (e.g., Schengen, US, UK) based on current embassy rules.
• Leverage AI (Gemini) to create customized Cover Letters and Travel Itineraries that meet strict standards.
• Ensure error-free filling of online/offline forms.
• Take full ownership of cases from initial inquiry to passport delivery.

2. Smart Communication (Call & Email)

• Handle professional client calls, explaining complex requirements simply.
• Draft clear, polite email responses with AI-refined templates.
• Coordinate with VFS, BLS, and embassies for real-time progress tracking.

3. Knowledge & AI Systems Management

• Conduct daily research on visa fees, processing times, and rule updates.
• Build and maintain a Word-based SOP digital library for all countries.
• Use AI to summarize lengthy embassy PDFs into practical team checklists and streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Flexible mindset and quick adaptation to new AI tools.
• Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Freshers and experienced both eligible; immediate joiners prioritized.
