      We're seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle high-volume calls in our bustling visa consultancy firm. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences by managing inquiries efficiently, maintaining precise records, and ensuring every call leads to successful connections in our fast-paced environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Call Management: Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing calls, greeting callers warmly and capturing their needs accurately from the first ring.
      • Query Routing: Quickly understand the purpose of each call and route it to the most suitable team member or department for prompt resolution.
      • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily reports on call volumes, outcomes, and trends to support team performance tracking.
      • CRM Oversight: Cross-check all inquiries in our CRM system, verify details, and guarantee 100% of calls are successfully connected to the right clients without drop-offs.
      • Callback Execution: Diligently follow up on callback requests, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines to uphold service standards.
      • Department Standards: Uphold high decorum, organization, and efficiency standards in the telephone department, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for clear, courteous interactions.
      • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for reporting and Word for documentation.
      • Proven team player who thrives in collaborative settings with meticulous attention to detail.
      • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred; immediate joiners will be prioritized.

        • Any Graduate
        • Age Criteria - 20 to 25
        • Immediate joiner preferred
