Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers; handle inbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored product/service solutions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, market trends, and special offers.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support.
