Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0.6 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through outbound calls. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills and contribute to the growth of our company across various industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation process clearly.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or records.
• Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in loan tele-calling or loan-sales is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
