      JOB SUMMARY

      We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our FinTech team and drive merchant acquisition and promote FinTech solutions such as POS machines, 
      QR codes, soundboxes, payment gateways, and lending products. The role requires strong field 
      presence, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

      Key Responsibilities :

      • Acquire new customers and merchants for FinTech products including POS machines, QR Codes, SoundBox, payment gateways, and lending solutions. 
      • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales. 
      • Present and explain product features, pricing, and onboarding procedures to merchants. 
      • Ensure timely execution of KYC procedures, merchant onboarding, and activation of services. 
      • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities. 
      • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 
      • Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems accurately. 
      • Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Support, and Finance for seamless service. 
      • Monitor market trends and competitor activities for better positioning.

      Skills & Qualifications :

      • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
      • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FinTech, merchant acquisition, or related areas. 
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
      • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. 
      • Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI systems, and FinTech products. 
      • Willingness to travel extensively as part of field requirements. 
      • Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior in the assigned territory.
