      Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

      Job Summary: 

      We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at
      BISANI BROTHERS PVT. LTD The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end
      recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting HR initiatives
      to improve the overall hiring experience.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
      • Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and
      • employee referrals.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job
      • descriptions.
      • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
      • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. � Maintain and update recruitment reports.
      • Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs.
      • Provide timely communication to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
      • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to fill open positions efficiently.
      • Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement and workforce planning.

      Qualifications:

      •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
      •  2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
      • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
      • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency with all Job portals like- Naukri.com, indeed, linkedin.
      • Knowledge of MS Office tools.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
