Field-based role (as per assigned area)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business for loan products such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, and other retail loans.
- Identify and onboard new customers through field sales activities, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and customers.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
- Ensure timely login, approval, and disbursement of loan cases.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and sales process.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

- Experience in banking/NBFC/loan sales.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
