      A Telecalling Executive Fresher is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product/service benefits, and generating leads or sales using scripts. They update customer data, handle inquiries, and meet daily targets, often with skills in communication, persuasion, and computer proficiency required.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Outbound/Inbound Calling: Calling prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
      • Lead Generation/Sales: Persuading customers to purchase and converting leads into sales.
      • Data Maintenance: Recording, updating, and maintaining customer contact details and interaction notes.
      • Customer Support: Resolving queries and explaining product features professionally.
      • Target Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly call volume and sales targets.
      • Documentation: Documenting call outcomes and managing customer databases. 
      • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English/Hindi/Local language.
      • Soft Skills: High energy, patience, negotiation skills, and ability to handle rejection.
      • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
