      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
        Post job openings on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
        Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
        Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
        Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
        Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
        Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
        Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates.
        Assist with offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
        Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
        Requirements
        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
        Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
        Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        Good organizational and time-management abilities.
        Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
        Preferred Skills
        Experience hiring for non-technical roles.
        Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
        Understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
