The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management and have 0 to 2 years of experience in the HR field. This role involves managing payroll processes, supporting HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.     • Process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits
    • End to End recruitement.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination
    • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies, providing timely and accurate information
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation sessions
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
    • Generate HR reports and assist with various administrative tasks
    • Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and enhance employee satisfaction
