Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Managing day-to-day branch activities, including cash management, vault operations, and Teller operations.

Compliance & Risk: Ensuring strict adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and managing risks to prevent fraud.

Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and setting performance goals for staff.

Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service and managing customer relationships.

Reporting: Monitoring KPIs and reporting on financial outcomes and branch efficiency.

 

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Freshers

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

 

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Tools: Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office.

 

Work Environment & Expectations

 

Workload: Involves high-pressure environments with daily, sometimes late-night,

 

Schedule: Generally Monday to Saturday.

 

Travel: Includes travel within the city.
