Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US-based IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand IT requirements from US clients

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Learn and work on US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of IT technologies (training will be provided)

Willingness to work in US night shifts

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

Eligibility:

Any graduate (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MBA / Any degree)
