      Job Description: Bank Customer Support Executive (Hindi Speaking)

      We are looking for a dedicated Bank Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their banking inquiries and service-related needs. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, able to communicate in English, and Tamil-speaking applicants are preferred. This role is suitable for freshers, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand banking products, processes, and customer service standards.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Handle customer calls regarding account details, transactions, digital banking, cards, loans, and general service queries. Provide accurate information, ensure proper issue resolution, and escalate complex matters when necessary. Maintain updated records, follow compliance guidelines, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

      Skills Required:

      Strong Hindi communication is mandatory. English fluency and Tamil skills are added advantages. Candidates must possess good listening ability, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.
