BDI India Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our organization as Trainee – Sales. This role is ideal for diploma holders who are eager to begin their career in sales and business development within a professional and growth-oriented environment.

As a Trainee – Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers. Regular customer visits and proactive engagement will be an essential part of the role to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of sales initiatives.

Eligibility: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel regularly, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Compensation:

• First Year: INR 20,000 per month
• Second Year: INR 25,000 per month
  Plus EPF and ESI as per government and company norms.

Upon successful completion of the training period, and based on performance and availability of positions, candidates may be absorbed into regular company roles with enhanced compensation and employee benefits.
