Job Purpose & Scope

To ensure the allocated sites are executed according to plan. Develop and deliver daily progress reports, forecast material requirements, manpower deployment (Contract labor), ensuring certification of work done and maintain relevant documentation pertaining to work executed at site

Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities
  1. Pre-Execution Activities;
        • Ensuring survey of assigned unit of work, approval of survey drawings from client and prepared associated Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
        • Provide requisition material required for the allocated unit of work
        • Planning execution schedule for allocated unit of work
        • Arranging execution agencies (Sub contractors) for execution of work
        • Ensure issue of material as per BOQ to the execution agency
  2. Execution Activities;
        • Ensure execution as per plan and conforming to the quality standards specified in the work order
        • Coordinate and obtain shutdowns, execution permission from clients
        • Ensure availability and usage of safety equipment’s by personnel (Contract Labor, Supervisor, Engineers), provide safety training and ensure execution conforming with the laid down safety norms
        • Ensure liaison with nearby hospital and availability of first-aid box at site
        • Responsible for Joint Inspection with the client, recording of JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate) and submission of the same to the project manager for generation of bill
  3. Post Execution Activities;
        • Material reconciliation of sub-contractor and certification of subcontractor bill
        • Technical Certification of the bill
        • Responsible for managing a team of supervisor and contract labor ensure smooth functioning at site
        • Organize on job training to supervisors and contractors’ employees
        • Ensure safety and upkeep of company property such as Tool, Tackles, Guest house, Vehicles,

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) - Electrical

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Qualification: Indicate necessary qualification

Essential Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering [Electrical Specialization]

Desirable:

Experience: Indicate necessary experience required to perform the job responsibilities effectively. Please mention if any specific industry experience, profile experience or work experience required.

2-4 years of experience.

 

Other Requirements:

Must be physically fit to travel outstation (at least 10 days in a month)

Must have excellent public speaking capabilities to address large gathering
