• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products or services
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the company CRM
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our offerings
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure follow-up
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
• Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding client needs and interests
