Tele calling Executives: Female Required (5 Nos.)

· Basic Knowledge of Excel

· Proficiency in Speaking – Telugu

Required Skills:

1) Good Communication skills,

2) Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)

3) Qualification: Any Graduate /Any Post Graduation.

4) Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively contacting potential clients to generate leads, explain product/service details, and close sales, often working from an office in areas like Madhapur or KPHB.

Customer Support: Handling inbound and outbound calls for client inquiries, scheduling, and providing information.

Documentation: Utilizing CRM tools to maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and follow-ups.

Service Coordination: Following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction or to address service needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation skills, and basic computer proficiency (Internet, Excel, Word).

Education: Typically requires a 12th pass or higher, with preferences for experience in sales or customer service.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and sometimes regional languages (e.g., Tamil) for specific roles.
