Order & Logistics Coordination: Managing B2B sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fulfillment.
Client Relationship Management: Acting as a point of contact for corporate clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Sales Support & Reporting: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and maintaining CRM data to support sales executives.
Lead Generation/Follow-up: Identifying, researching, and initiating contact with potential business clients.
Collaboration: Working with marketing and production departments to align sales strategies with operational capacity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Generally a graduate or postgraduate degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel and CRM tools is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range: In Hyderabad, salaries generally range from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000+ per month
