Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

1) Monitor promoter and sales representative performance and provide feedback to help improve their effectiveness.

2) Track key performance metrics, such as leads generated or products sold, and report on these metrics to the Sales Manager.

Communication:

1) Facilitate communication within the sales team by ensuring that information is shared ly and accurately.

2) Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and provide necessary support.

3) Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and updates to relevant stakeholders.

4) Serve as a point of contact between promoters and the sales team, addressing any issues or concerns ly.

5) Maintain clear and open communication channels to disseminate important information to the promoter and sales team.

Sales Process Optimization:

1) Work with the Sales Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

2) Monitor and report on sales pipeline, identifying potential bottlenecks and suggesting solutions Promoter Coordination:

1) Coordinate with promoters to schedule shifts and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.

2) Ensure promoters have the necessary promotional materials, samples, and equipment to execute their tasks effectively.

3) Monitor inventory levels and place orders for promotional materials as needed

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) - General

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be an added advantage.

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ready to travel across locations as required.

8. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
