Job Description: We are seeking an IT support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations for Auro Realty project sites:
Key Responsibilities:
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conduct remote troubleshooting
• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
• Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
• Installing and maintaining CCTV, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Requirements:
• B-Tech, Any Graduate and Diploma.
• Basic Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, LAN/Wifi.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Freshers can apply, 2024 passed and above will be considered.
