About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will assist in designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing and executing test cases based on requirements.
• Support in identifying, logging, and tracking defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and senior QA team members to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Learn and apply QA methodologies, SDLC processes, and testing standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in software testing or academic exposure to QA concepts.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for learning.
