An e-Publishing Analyst manages digital content conversion and quality assurance. Responsibilities include auditing e-books and journals (EPUB, XML, HTML, PDF), verifying styling, validating metadata, and ensuring accessibility compliance. They optimize publishing workflows and troubleshoot layout or tagging issues across digital platforms.

Quality Assurance (QA): Perform meticulous checks on e-book and digital journal content to ensure formatting, layouts, and style guidelines are strictly met.Content Conversion & Validation: Oversee the conversion of manuscripts into digital formats like EPUB 2/3, PDF, and XML. Validate coding, XML/HTML tagging, and cross-references.Accessibility Compliance: Ensure digital publications meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, EPUB Accessibility) and contain correct metadata.Workflow Optimization: Analyze automated workflows and production tools, identifying bottlenecks and collaborating with tech teams for template or functionality updates.Issue Tracking: Identify and fix errors in text, images, and hyperlinks.
