Job Description: Backend Developer (Fresher)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Developer (Fresher) to join our software development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in server-side development and learn how scalable and secure applications are designed.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable server-side code
Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data
Support integration of frontend components with backend logic
Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance
Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET)
Understanding of REST APIs and server-side concepts
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Basic knowledge of data structures and OOP concepts
Willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and good communication
Fresh graduates with academic projects or internship experience in backend development are encouraged to apply.
