Job Profile:
- Identifying & Fulfilling manpower requirements as per the business needs.
- Handling end to end recruitment for all level categories.
- Source the right candidate's from current database and through Job Portals, Vendor Management, References, Advertisements, Head Hunting, Bulk Hiring, College Campus, Job Fair and Networking.
- Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
- Conducting telephonic & Personal Interview of the candidate. Coordinating with the candidates by giving them the full information about the job profile as well as the company's profile.
- Screening candidates based on the requirements.
- Release offer letter & appointment letter.
Skills Required:
- Candidates with excellent communication skills.
- Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
- Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
