AnandRathi IT is looking for enthusiastic and talented fresh graduates to join our team as Software Engineer Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic and growth-oriented tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in software development, testing, and maintenance of applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as required
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MCA / BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / AI-ML)
Passing Year: 2025 or 2026
Academic Performance: Minimum 75% throughout academics
Backlogs: No active or past backlogs allowed
Location Preference: Candidates from Jodhpur / Rajasthan
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
Knowledge of software development concepts
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
