      We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Executive

       

      Location: Nashik

       

      Shift: UK Shift - 6 PM To 3:30 AM

      Pickup and Drop Facility Available 

       

      Employment Type: Full-Time

       

      Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, and online research.

      Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems regularly.

      Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer needs.

      Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team.

      Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

      Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target industries.

      Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.

      Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

      Track and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

      Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

      Handle inbound and outbound lead generation activities.

      Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and events to generate leads.

      Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly lead targets.

       

      Required Skills

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

      Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.

      Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and email marketing tools.

      Good research and analytical skills.

      Ability to work independently and meet targets.

      Basic understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition.

      Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      Preferred Qualifications

      • MBA or Any Graduate with Fluent English
