Job Description: Software QA Engineer (Fresher – 0 to 6 Months)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software QA Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in software testing and quality engineering.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding software requirements, creating test cases, executing manual tests, and identifying defects to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to validate functionality and improve product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios

Perform manual testing including functional, smoke, sanity, and regression testing

Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools

Participate in test execution, retesting, and validation activities

Assist in API and basic automation testing as required

Required Skills:

Understanding of SDLC and STLC

Knowledge of manual testing concepts

Basic knowledge of SQL and web applications

Familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus

Good communication and analytical skills

Fresh graduates or candidates with testing training are encouraged to apply.
