  • Key Responsibilities

    Ad & Campaign Design

    Create standout visuals for social ads, display banners, email campaigns, landing pages, and OOH/print ads.

    Develop campaign concepts, mood boards, and style frames aligned with brand identity and target audience.

    Brand & Visual Identity

    Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and imagery across all assets.

    Digital & Social Assets

    Design platform-specific creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, GDN) with correct sizes, ratios, and specifications.

    Produce animated or motion graphics for short-form content, stories, and reels when needed.

    Print & Production

    Prepare press-ready files, manage die-lines, bleed, and color profiles for high-quality outputs.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

    Work closely with marketing, copywriters, UX/UI, product, and client teams to gather briefs and deliver on time.

    Present design rationales, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently.

    Quality & Compliance

    Ensure designs meet accessibility, legibility, and copyright/use rights standards.

    Conduct proofing and preflight checks prior to release.

    Asset & Workflow Management

    Maintain organized libraries, version control, and adhere to naming conventions and design system standards.

    Contribute to templates and reusable components to accelerate campaign delivery.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma (for digital assets/layouts).

    Solid foundation in typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

    Experience creating creatives for performance marketing (paid social, display) and brand campaigns.

    Ability to design for multi-format outputs: static, animated, print, and web.

    Understanding of marketing goals, target audiences, and how design influences conversion and engagement.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret briefs and present design decisions.

    Preferred Skills

    Motion graphics: After Effects, Premiere Pro (basic animation, transitions, kinetic typography).

    Knowledge of social platform specs and ad policies (e.g., text-in-image limits, safe zones).

    Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative fills, smart upscaling).

    Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for collaborating with web teams) is a plus.

    Familiarity with A/B testing and interpreting creative performance metrics.
