We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and a target-oriented approach to achieve consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outbound activities.
Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct sales pitches, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead-generation and outreach strategies.
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions that add value.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
