BPO Collection Process job involves contacting customers with overdue accounts via calls/emails, negotiating payment plans, processing payments, resolving disputes, and meticulously documenting all activities, all while strictly adhering to FDCPA and company regulations, aiming to recover debts efficiently and maintain good customer relations. Key tasks include account monitoring, implementing collection strategies, reporting progress, and collaborating with internal teams to reduce bad debt. 

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiation: Discuss and arrange payment plans, settlements, or extensions.
• Payment Processing: Record payments and update account statuses accurately.
• Dispute Resolution: Address customer complaints and billing issues.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
