Job Description:

 Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job

boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required

 Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls, as well as facilitating pre

interview assessments.

 Coordinate with the selected candidates for joining formalities.

 Should have basic interactions with candidate joined in our company.

 Make candidate engagement activities for employee retention.

Who Should Apply?

 Strong Communication in English.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects

simultaneously.

 Knowledge of recruitment best practices and great decision-making skills.

 Proficient in MS Office.

Education: UG – B.com / BBA/ BA.HRM / BSc. Phycology.

PG – MBA – HRM / MA. HRM / MSc. Phycology.
