Job Overview

Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, Quantities take off, sending enquiries to the / subcontractors, vendors ,scope of work, contract details and conditions. Preparing tender study report by analysing the scope of work.
Implement tender strategy as communicated by proposals / estimation manager
Preparation of schematic, solution document and other technical documents required for tender submission Involvement in LCS design / discussions for newer / existing projects
Preparation of Technical submittals and providing responses to comments in coordination with the sales personnel Preparation of project documentation viz. test reports, O&M manual preparation, project closure report in liaison with T&C personnel in line with the ISO guidelines
Review of ODF and assisting the buying process of the same with the sales coordinator and assisting documentation / procedures of after sales service
Any other related jobs relevant to the above/ entity requirement (ISO documentation for lighting controls)
Adherence to processes & procedures related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System as per Annexure-SCT-HR-001 Adherence to processes & procedures / Improvement in existing processes & development of new processes leading to an efficient system.
Any other work assigned by your reporting manager/s.
