Job Summary

    1. Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, Quantities take off, sending enquiries to the / subcontractors, vendors , scope of work, contract details and conditions. Preparing tender study report by analysing the scope of work.
    2. Implement tender strategy as communicated by proposals / estimation manager
    3. Preparation of schematic, solution document and other technical documents required for tender submission Involvement in LCS design / discussions for newer / existing projects
    4. Preparation of Technical submittals and providing responses to comments in coordination with the sales personnel Preparation of project documentation viz. test reports, O&M manual preparation, project closure report in liaison with T&C personnel in line with the ISO guidelines
    5. Review of ODF and assisting the buying process of the same with the sales coordinator and assisting documentation / procedures of after sales service
    6. Any other related jobs relevant to the above/ entity requirement (ISO documentation for lighting controls)
    7. Adherence to processes & procedures related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System as per Annexure-SCT-HR-001 Adherence to processes & procedures / Improvement in existing processes & development of new processes leading to an efficient system.
    8. Any other work assigned by your reporting manager/s.
