Job Summary

    1. Requirements Gathering: Help gather, analyze, and document complex business process requirements from clients and stakeholders.
    2. Configuration & Testing: Assist in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing SAP MM functionalities, including material master, vendor master, purchasing processes (PR, PO, contracts), inventory management (GR/GI, stock transfers), and invoice verification.
    3. Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a liaison for troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving software problems and production issues in the SAP MM system. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed.
    4. Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain functional designs, test cases, technical manuals, and user guides. Provide ad-hoc training and support to end-users.
    5. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other module consultants (SAP FI, SD, PP) to ensure smooth integration and data flow across the SAP landscape.
    6. Qualifications:
    7. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
    8. Basic understanding of procurement and inventory management best practices.
    9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    11. Prior experience is not mandatory, but an SAP MM certification is a plus.
