Roles and Responsibilities:

 

24x7 Level 1 Helpdesk - ISP connectivity, desktop, OS, VPN, authentication, security remote support through voice, chat.

Experience troubleshooting password login, Linux, Windows (hardware, software), Telecom Application (billing/data center).

Hands on experience in incident management tools ServiceNow, GSuite, and Microsoft Office.

International (US, EU, Australia) Inbound voice and chat experience.

Accent trained.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Comfortable working in shifts, and US time zone.

Graduation/BE, diploma/certification in networking/ hardware.

1.1- 2 years’ experience required.
