Job Description

  • How would you troubleshoot a desktop computer that is not powering on at all
  • Can you explain the steps involved in replacing a part at the component level in a printer or scanner?
  • Describe the process of deploying an operating system using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for a fleet of computers.
  • How would you configure a tablet PC or iPad to connect to a secure corporate network?
  • Can you outline the steps involved in installing and configuring Red Hat Linux on a server?
  • What are some common issues you have encountered while troubleshooting Windows 10, and how did you resolve them?
