    About Us: Adhoc Softwares is hiring a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and administration support in a professional IT environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals with 0.6 – 1 years of experience to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding IT company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

    ● Manage employee onboarding and documentation.

    ● Maintain attendance records, leave management, and HR files.

    ● Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.

    ● Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations.

    ● Oversee office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination.

    ● Address employee grievances and support resolution.

    ● Maintain petty cash, visitor logs, and administrative records.

    Requirements:

    ● Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

    ● 0.6 – 1 years of HR experience (Freshers can also apply).

    ● Good communication in English and Tamil.

    ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    ● Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
