Key Responsibilities:

Conducting quality assessments to ensure service standards are met

Providing actionable feedback for performance improvement

Collaborating with teams to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in English and Hindi

Fluency in at least 2 South Indian languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional Skills (Advantage):

Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
