Job Responsibilities:
1 ) Customer Support:
Gather the Feedback from Customer & Maintain Long Lasting Relationship.
Handle inbound & Outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Update customer profiles with relevant information.
Quality Assurance:
Adhere to quality standards and ensure consistency in service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Any Degree with computer Knowledge.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam , Hindi & Telugu.
Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls with a focus on quality service.
Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
