Job Description:

• Engage with potential UK clients through outbound calls to generate leads.
• Qualify leads based on client needs and pass them to the expert sales team for further action.
• Set appointments and drive the sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Consistently achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on leads to ensure conversion and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience of 6 months to 2 years in International Lead Generation (preferably for USA/UK markets) is a plus.
• Ability to work in UK shift timings.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking and time management skills are a must.
