Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of customer service activities.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and call handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a team player mindset.

Training Period:

  • The first 3 months will be a training period where the selected candidates will receive guidance on processes, systems, and product/service knowledge.
  • During the training period, candidates will receive a salary package of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month, depending on performance.

Post-Training Benefits:

  • After the training period, there will be an increment in salary based on performance.
  • Additional performance-based incentives will be provided.
