Job Summary:
We are hiring dedicated and motivated Service Technicians for our Tower Crane Service team. This role is ideal for ITI Electrician freshers who are eager to start their career in the service and maintenance of tower cranes. The position involves performing electrical service and maintenance tasks to ensure the reliable operation of tower cranes. The role offers a structured career path with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair on tower cranes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and faults in tower crane systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• ITI Certificate in Electrical Engineering (freshers preferred).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Compensation:

• Initial Salary: ₹14,700 per month for the first 6 months.
• Salary after 6 months: ₹16,252 per month, based on performance and completion of the probation period.
