Job Title: Purchase Executive/Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Purchase Department
Location: Dhudhola Plant, Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (ACE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive/Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Purchase Department at the Dhudhola Plant. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement of raw materials,    components, and equipment required for production. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain experience in supply chain management, vendor development, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of materials, parts, and equipment as per production requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain and update purchase orders, procurement records, and supplier databases.
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, development, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality control, and finance for smooth procurement processes.
• Assist in preparing purchase reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (2023/2024 pass-out preferred).
• Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and inventory management processes.
