Key Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for following major areas:

1. Financial Reporting: Assist in various financial reporting – both on quarterly and annual basis. This involves financial reporting of company and Pension schemes.
2. System Enhancement: To lead the various system enhancements and innovation agenda
3. Taxation: To assist for tax compliance including TDS payment, return filing, GST related compliance etc.
4. PoP related operations: To assist finance team for various Point of Presence (PoP) related processes and controls.
5. Back up for investment operations: To be a 100% backup for investment operations related activities like cash flow, deal settlement, master creations, system accounting, corporate action management, equity trade settlement, NAV generation etc.
6. Vendor Payment: Timely payment and accounting for vendor payment.

1.Front Office
2.Bank, Custody etc.
3.Tax consultant, Vendors etc.

Measure of Success

1. Strong and timely system implementation
2. Smooth co-ordination with all stakeholders with no escalations
3. Timely and accurate reporting along with building additional controls

Desired qualification and experience:

1. Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA from reputed institute with experience of 1 – 2 years in finance function
2. Good knowledge of various investment asset classes like equity, fixed income
3. Strong skills in MS Office – specially in excel
4. Person from BFSI industry is preferred
