Job Overview For ERP SALES EXECUTIVE :-
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP solutions, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to match them with clients' business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for ERP solutions through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to showcase ERP solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' business processes and pain points to provide tailored ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and communication of client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Track sales progress and report performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Work with the marketing team to create sales collateral and campaigns to attract new leads.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in ERP software or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software to track sales activities and leads.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Timing :- Monday to friday : 9:30am to 7pm
saturday : 9:30 am to 3 pm
sunday :- fixed off
