Job Overview

You will be responsible for invigilating various examinations conducted in your city, as per the assigned examination center and scheduled timings. This role requires you to ensure that all examinations are conducted in a fair, secure, and organized manner while strictly adhering to the prescribed guidelines and protocols.

As part of your key responsibilities, you will be required to verify the identity of students by checking their valid ID proofs and registration details before allowing them to enter the examination hall. You must ensure that only authorized candidates are permitted and that all necessary procedures are followed accurately.

You will also be responsible for clearly communicating the examination rules, instructions, and any applicable penalties to the students before the commencement of the exam. This includes informing them about prohibited items, acceptable conduct, and the consequences of any violations.

During the examination, you will handle the distribution and collection of question papers, answer sheets, and any other required materials in a timely and organized manner. Maintaining discipline in the examination hall is crucial, and you will need to actively monitor students throughout the duration of the exam to prevent any form of malpractice or cheating.

In addition, you must be prepared to handle unexpected situations, such as emergencies or disruptions. This includes guiding students during evacuations, if required, and ensuring their safety at all times.
